The home accommodates 7 people and rents for $350/night inclusive except upon the occasions listed below during which the home rents for $2,500 for a 4 night stay.

Note: In some instances a deposit may be required depending upon size of party and length of stay. This deposit will be immediately reimbursed assuming no damage.
